On Friday 23rd October, Joanne White had the pleasure of joining the panel at the The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Construction Conference in Blanchardstown, contributing to discussions on workforce challenges, women in construction, and the future of our industry. Sharing the panel Lorcan Sirr and Darren Devane , the conversation covered a range of critical topics, including housing, infrastructure, skills, and workforce development. A huge thank you to CIOB for organising such a fantastic event and for the opportunity to contribute to these important conversations. It was a brilliant day filled with insightful discussions, new connections, and plenty of opportunities to learn from others across the industry. Looking forward to continuing the conversations and already excited for next year!
