Sonya brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and currently serves as a lecturer at Technological University Dublin. Sonya is also on the Board of Directors for Tuath Housing Association and is the current International Regional Director for the Associated Schools of Construction.
Throughout her career, she has held key roles as a Design Build Consultant Engineer and Project Manager, gaining extensive expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of the field. She has an extensive academic background with multiple degrees and master's qualifications and has pursued continuous professional development, expanding her knowledge in leadership and business strategy. Her passion for people development and management led her to research soft skill training and development as part of her MBA.
Sonya's expertise lies at the intersection of construction and business, where she combines technical acumen with strategic leadership to drive industry growth and innovation.
