Natalie Ryan is the Partnership Manager for Ireland for the Lighthouse Charity and is based in Dublin. Natalie has over 17 years’ experience working within the construction industry in Ireland and is passionate about growing awareness of the provision of emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing support and services to the construction industry and their families.
On joining the WICI Board of Advisors, Natalie noted “I am delighted to join the Women in Construction Ireland board. Part of our work with the Lighthouse Charity has been to promote positive role models and raise awareness of the support available to women in construction. Half of our trustees are female, and we are honoured to promote their achievements, learn from their experiences and share their stories. I am incredibly passionate about the opportunities that women have in construction and look forward to adding my voice to the conversation.”
