Fiona Egan

Fiona is partner and head of the Construction Team at Beauchamps, who specialises in both contentious and non-contentious construction across a range of sectors, including renewable energy, data centres, social infrastructure and commercial, industrial and residential development. Her clients include a range of public and private bodies, including contractors, developers, local authorities, utilities, sub-contractors and lending institutions.


Fiona offers a 'cradle to grave' service in the development and management of projects, including regulatory and health and safety advice, and the avoidance and resolution of any disputes that may arise. Fiona originally trained and practiced in Sydney, Australia for a number of years, before moving home to Dublin to join the construction group at Arthur Cox for over 5 years, and then joining Beauchamps in 2024 to spearhead the growth of their wider projects, infrastructure and energy offering. Fiona is recognised by various legal directories including as a 'Next Generation Partner' in Legal 500 and a 'Rising Star Partner' in IFLR1000.
