Edel is the Group HSQE Manager at Flynn, where she leads a high-performing team committed to health, safety, quality, and environmental excellence. She has been instrumental in securing top-tier accreditations, her project portfolio spans pharmaceutical, commercial, residential, structural, demolition, and fit-out sectors, reflecting her versatility and commitment to high standards.
Edel is proud to work alongside a strong and growing team of women, helping to redefine what leadership looks like in construction. She is also the Chair of the Irish Branch of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) and a member of CIF Safety Sub Committee where she promotes best practices in risk and safety across industries. A passionate advocate for inclusion, Edel is actively involved in many campaigns, committees and mentoring roles.
