Debbie Tracey

Debbie Treacy is Operations Director - Human Resources at Walls Construction, bringing a people-first approach to one of Ireland’s leading construction organisations. Throughout her career, Debbie has been passionate about building strong workplace cultures and supporting people to thrive. Her interest in Women in Construction Ireland developed through her involvement in industry initiatives focused on encouraging more women into the sector, and from these experiences Debbie saw the real difference that visibility, mentorship, and shared stories can make.

On the joining the Board of WICI Debbie commented: “I’m incredibly proud and honoured to have been asked to join the Board of Women in Construction Ireland. The work WICI is doing to support, promote and empower women across the industry is hugely important, and I’m delighted to play a part in helping to drive that progress forward”.
