Women in Construction Ireland (WICI) is a pioneering social enterprise, the first of its kind in Ireland, dedicated to driving real, lasting change for women in the construction industry.
We exist to empower, support, and connect women working in every part of the sector, from apprentices to senior leaders. WICI provides mentoring, webinars, educational resources, industry insights, research, and networking opportunities — helping women access the knowledge, skills, and connections they need to progress and thrive.
Our reach extends across the industry and across the nation, creating a strong community where women can share experiences, access guidance, and find opportunities for career development. We aim to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and ensure that women have equal access to opportunities in construction.
While our roots are in Ireland, the challenges we address are global and the demand for our work is clear. WICI has the vision and capacity to expand internationally, taking our mission to build a more inclusive, balanced construction industry to a worldwide stage.
